Saunier Duval F30E Leaking

Hi,

I have got a Saunier Duval F30E boiler and it has sprung a leak on a plastic part between the heat exchanger and the DHW outlet. I cant see what part it is in the instructions but think it might be the three way valve.

Is anyone able to identify the part for me?
