saxo vtr with one light out pls help

i have a saxo vtr with my main light out (just one) i have changed the bulb and checked the wireing. any one have any ideas?

Check the fuse, each headlight and dip headlight usually have a fuse each.

 

[Burnerman]

Is there any burning evident on the bulb holder plug?
