Scenic exhaust growl when i pull away, worse with more weight

i have a scenic which when i pull away in 1st i get a little growl from the exhaust, this is 4 times worse when i have the car full of people.
could this be a simple case of a hole in the exhaust or could it be touching the underside of the car?

simply look underneath dude- you dont say off ur underpinning knowledge on cars- but if your sure its exhaust- be aware that whilst ur rear of exhaust stays in the same place- the engine rocks when revved or under load, have a look at the flexi joint near engine or the joint after the downpipe, this is meant to pivot- any carbon or black deposits indicate leak.kind regards tommy
