I Hope this is the correct thread for this topic. also posted on another trade

Iv had my floor screeded by a incompetent tradesman.

he mixed sand and cement on site either its not mixed properly or hes put too much sand in.

now its all dried and very sandy and dusty. every time you brush up u brushing up loads of sand.

want to laminate the floor but i want to sort the floor out before dont want sand coming up or is that ok? is ther anything i can put down to keep the sand settled to the floor ie self leveling mixed with pva or brush any compound to the floor?

Or similar.

10-1 mix and soak it. Then a 5-1 mix then a 3-1 mix. Should bond it better.

or use uzin PE425 over it but that will be costly.
