Screwdriver Sizes Table?

Out of curiosity, I started cataloging for myself on my hobby site the few computer related tools I have at home and was wondering is there a list for screwdriver sizes, you know, PZ0, PZ1, and so on? I bought last year a small orange "Ironside 120029 PZ 0x60" screwdriver which works fine with my laptops when changing the hard drive and when I try to measure it, I get approximately size 2.5 mm. I also use some 10-20 year old no-name maybe PZ screwdriver which measures for me approximately size 4 mm (length about 75 mm), so could that be PZ1?

hi, ive never seen a table of sizes or anything, i think most people will just look at a screwdriver and know what size it is, i could(and proberably will be) wrong though
