I have a Glow Worm sealed system that is showing 0 on the pressure gauge at the top of the unit. Been advised to open the filling mechanism inside the unit then fire up the system. All rads have been bled but still the gauge sits at 0.

Can anyone advise?

You need to pressurise the system/boiler to just over 1 Bar cold, bleed all the rads, then go back and re-pressurise as needed to bring the pressure back up again.

Keep doing this until all air is out of the system and pressure is just over 1 Bar.

You need to know why the pressure was at 0 to start off with. If it's because you have bled the radiators in the past but not topped up then ok go a head and just repressurise your system from 1 - 1.5 depending on your system.

But if your pressure has just dropped all of a sudden it's the sign of a problem. I would just repressurise for now and see how it goes. Hope that helps.
