Sealing Exterior Plywood For a Bathroom

hi,

I have bought 3.6mm exterior plywood to lay as overboard and I am going to put self adhesive vinyl tiles on top for a bathroom. I bought the ply from b & q and it states "all surfaces and edges should be sealed for exterior use" on the label. Should I seal it for use in the bathroom? If so any recommendations?
