hi all, l have a marley sectional garage on a concrete floor. The join between the sections and the concrete floor is leaking. What is the best way to seal the join between the sectional walls and the floor? Thank you for any advice

Is the slab bigger than the garage? Might be possible to chamfer it away from the wall if water is sitting there.

I would also have a close look outside at surrounding ground levels and do what you can to allow the water to find its own way away.

Thank you for replying, and sorry for the late reply. The slab is bigger than the garage, and I did think of chamfering away from the wall. What should I use for this, will ordinary cement do, or will I need an additive to seal it? Thank you both again

You don't want to add anything you need to take it away. Chamfer would be grind away the flat bit of concrete that's collecting the water as it runs down the outside wall.
Angle grinder would do it with a stone grinding disc. There may be more specialised kit to do it quicker.

Another idea would be check all the guttering is in order.

If there is a clear open joint between the panels and the slab then a mastic/silicone/polymer sealant in the joint on the outside should be enough. Or a sand cement fillet to do the same job.

Also check the vertical joints to see if they are a problem.
