Secondary glazing handle is now slipping!

Hi guys,
I have secondary glazing, and now one of the handles is slipping - ie: I want it vertically aligned to the centre, but the handle just drops and is loose in its groove. Or has the lock body case springs collapsed?

Wow - thanks for the fast reply!

Im sure these handles must be adjustable (I presume some people may want the handle to be at the bottom). The glazing has only been in for a few months and hardly used, so the handle hasnt been worn out.

Ill have another look now...

Ahhh, different story now.
Its still under warranty, DO NOT TOUCH it. Unless of course you fitted it.

I dont think theyre faulty. Im sure I saw a video on YouTube which shows that the handles can be adjusted to suit height, but Ive spent the past 30 minutes googling and cant find it! Just for clarification, this is the glazing I have: http://www.climaxwindows.co.uk/images/horizontal-sliding-lge.jpg - note how the handles are vertically aligned centre.
