Any words of wisdom or pitfalls to avoid? I plan to run two sink units from an under sink water heater, with sensor taps. It's a commercial property with (obviously) no hot water.

There's actually four sinks, but in "pairs" in that two are on either side of one wall (kitchen and WC) and the other two are 4 meters away, also on either side of one wall. So, I was planning to use one heater for each "pair" of sinks. This is a commercial property, so no washing up from Sunday dinners!

Looking at these grohe taps https://www.screwfix.com/p/grohe-bau-cosmopolitan-e-touch-free-infrared-mono-mixer-chrome/847jy and something like this for a water heater https://www.plumbworld.co.uk/triton-instaflow-101kw-water-heater-411-1260303

Do sensor taps work OK with water heaters? If not - any suggestions of what else might work? Any brands or varieties of water heaters to avoid?
