hello all i hope you can help me i am at the end of my tether.
I bought a new Servis washing machine 2 weeks ago and it has been running fine, now i did a towel wash last night 3 towels were in the load and i placed it on a 60 degree towel wash spin it went on and then this noise started for about 3 minutes of like a clanking noise and it was doing this when it was draining. It filled back up and i thought great it was sorting itself out then to my dismay this morning i went to take the towels out and there was water in the drum. I have put it on a cycle again with no clothes in and it is not drianing at all. I have checked the pipe not blocked, the sink not blocked and filter is fine i am stumped any help would be greatly appreciated.
