Shockgard sensors

I've just replaced the panel and keyboard on my alarm, (straight swop, nothing different) and one of my shockguards ( in a chain of 5) has started flashing red, resetting the alarm does nothing, sensor still sets off after a bump, apart from rewiring all the sensors, does anyone have any clues as to how to stop it?

Was your shock guards wired via detector reset or an extra wire to the set terminal ?
