Hi all, until recently shower has been fine, thought the shower head was blocked so replaced and still the same.
When the shower pipe is left straight down, the shower is fine, but as soon as pipe is bent to put in upright position, the water starts to come out of the overflow pipe as well as the shower??????
Is this a pump problem in the shower?

Prd has popped due to, I guess a blocked shower head.

You should be able to get a replacement.

You say it only happens when the shower hose is put in the upright position.
Then the inner hose of the shower hose has collapsed, restricting flow when hose twisted into upright position.

Hi, I have replaced the shower hose, but still the same, will try the prd next, is it an easy part to replace?

The prd has a rubber ball inside it and when they fail they blow the ball out or sometimes dislodge it.
unless you have the ball you'll need a new prd.

remove the prd and you'll see if the balls missing.
