I apologise in advance if this is not posted in the correct place, I'd like some help from someone who knows what they are talking about before I go paying out for a new shower.

This morning after running for a few minutes my shower just cut out completely. Switching on and off made no difference, whatsoever. The pressure light comes on and stays on. Neither hot nor cold water will run through it.

Its a Triton Bewitch 9.5 Triton want £ 92 to come fix it - can anyone tell me whats wrong with it and if I need a professional to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Or could have overheated and cut out.

Have you tried it since it's had time to cool down?

if its overheated it will only cut out the tco not the water flow.
it would still run but only cold water.

red low pressure light is on cause no waters getting through.
soleniod valve faulty.

the bewitch also suffer pcb problems.

Are these expensive and are they easy to get hold of where - are they easy to fit?
Thanks again...

Some do cut out so that they don't scald the user. However, it if the pressure light's coming on too - Must be the solenoid ;)

i'd still use a meter on the valve first. it could be the pcb not giving power to the valve. double check.
