shower pump problems

hi. can anyone help. i have a mixer shower running off a showermate 1.8 bar booster pump. been running ok for 3 years.

now the pumps starts and stops intermidatley when i operate the hot water on my shower. i have reversed the connections on the pump by putting the cold feed into the hot feed. the same happened to the cold feed. it seems to be a problem with the output. i have cleaned the inlets and the outlets on the pump and checked for lose connections.
