shower system for a B&B

Hi first post here, i've had a Gledhill Torrent RE thermal store (277 litre) installed but don't have sufficient flow rate to have a decent shower if either the dishwasher/washing machine is on and/or the taps downstairs are open. Not trading yet but I want to get this sorted before I start. Cheers Rik
