Aren't shower trays supposed to have a slight slope? The reason I ask is that I have just installed a shower cubicle following the instructions provided with the shower tray I bought in B&Q. These instructions state that the plinth on which the tray rests must be completely level and that the tray must be completely level when pressed into place using mortar...
...the problem is the tray is now so level that the water does not drain completely down the plughole and there is always some left sitting on the tray. Which meant I had to buy a B&Q "footboard" at EUR60 which, handily enough, can be found right beside the shower trays in my local B&Q. A scam perhaps?
