Shower

Morning to all.

I have a simple question:

I have COLD water from the MAIN supply.
I have HOT water from an UNVENTED 80 L electric cylinder in the loft.

I plan to install a shower.

What do I need (to make sure difference in pressures does not create problems)?

1. Mixer tap shower
or
2. Manual and thermostatic shower
