Evening

When installing an electric shower in rental accommodation is it a mandatory requirement to fit a thermostatic model?...I know that it is best practice but is the landlord actually obliged to do so?

havent got a clue
but would have thought it would avoid them having have a reason to report "problems" or make a complaint
