Hi
I think a builder friend once told me you can shutter areas like where a shower waste is going to be set into a concrete floor slab with a piece of foil insulation (eg celotex) then it can be removed after pouring.
However I may have made this up but on the face of it sounds like it should work and be easier than shuttering in ply (not much easier admittedly)
Anyway just wondered if anyone's done this / seen it done?
In my case I need to keep the concrete clear of where a wet room trap is going (and I'm not having a screed)
Cheers
John
