Hello All, I have a Stelrad Doulton WC cistern and the side-entry ball valve arm has snapped! Problem - the original has 6 'holes' down the side and is about 7.25" long (JUST the white arm!) - the only ones I have seen have 9 holes and tend to be 8.75" which is way too long. Anyone know where I can get these short arms from??? Screwfix ones are no good - the image they have is the right look but is the longer one! HELP!!!
