Siemens XL1200 washing machine problem

Hi all,

I have read the stickies on this problem but still can't fix the problem. Or I should say I have done what I can do (I am not mechanically minded and don't know my 2nd cold valve from my twin valve).

The problem is the conditioner tray doesn't empty after the wash cycle has finished.

I have cleaned the detergent tray and made sure the top hat is clear. All is well.

What else can I do?

Is this "engineer-time" as the machine is under guarantee?
