They start their European
journey from Turkey or Italy or Spain to get to Ireland.
From France the safest way to the Republic is via the 22 mile stretch of the channel. Once in England, the need to navigate to Northern Ireland.
How they get across the Irish sea without documents; I don't know.
maybe there is another back Door.
It's an Irish problem once they leave our shores.

I posted a link to gov costings. The £150k appears to go to Rawanda. Seems we need to train what I will call "minders". In what way pass. Then flight costs. We still need to look at more sensitive refugees and resettle them - no details on what that means. Otherwise want to go or don't want to go - Rwanda citizenship. Job done?
Given the numbers to go - some sort of hostel per plain load??? Scattered about or all in one place??? When asked Rwanda said they just expected a few hundred.
One intended boat person said he didn't care providing he can educate himself. Unreliable Boris mentioned Rwanda handouts for education.
Overall number of immigrants. Biggest change likely to be the changes on educational visas terms and conditions. That may cause a drop in university income = increased student fees for ours. TBH going on my sons comments about these is that they did support themselves.
No need to put the heating on as next to a chines group in an adjacent terraced. This seemed to be the general impression of these groups. I have seen gov paperwork suggesting these can be a source of trained people. Easier to remain here if they want. A while ago now. Pass where it is. I looked due to ranting on here about this topic.

Brother is looking at moving out of Bristol, across the water - Chepstow being one option. Someone recently told him that the old army baracks there are now being used to house large numbers of migrants. Apparently they mill about the town all day causing trouble. The local Tesco has had to take a lot of items off of display because they just help themselves.
Of course Chepstow is now off his list of places to move. If your town is like Chepstow, thank a liberal. Seems there is no escape from this invasion. Politicians = traitors.

It certainly is madness. But, seemingly, the Government are ok with it.
A lot of governments are. But I imagine government ministers don't live with large scale migrant housing close to their homes.

Unlikely as they have problems getting out of it. It seems Egypt is possible if a person has sufficient money but other factors may figure. No info available so might really have been someone returning. Just a one off anyway.
That video - what does it achieve in terms of stopping the boats. Reporters?? Really.
