Sime boiler problem

I have a Sime boiler model Murelle 20 CE installed 9 years ago and am having trouble with the hot water not firing up all the time.
First thing in the morning it is usually OK but later it just does not fire up, the pilot light is on all the time and when I cannot get hot water turning on the heating restores the HW.

Can Anybody please help (I have the manuel)
