Sime Format C Boiler Problem

I have a Sime Format C Boiler in my mobile home - The Problem:- I switch it on and the green light appears but no pilot or firing up occurs when requesting hot water or heating. Tried to ignite pilot but no joy. Water/Gas presssure fine but still no joy in getting the pilot on? Just had it serviced lately and just wondering if there is a reset button on these boilers? Any help would be appreciated.
