Sime Friendly E - Losing Pressure

Sime Friendly E last couple of days been losing pressure on CH. Top it up to 1.5 bar, turn on the CH and watch it drop .5 bar in 10 mins. Cannot find leak anywhere. Interestingly doesnt seem to drop on DHW.

But, can hear slight hissing sound around the tap to charge up the water pressure. Presumably a slight leak here could be causing this, but its hard to get at to see (have to bend elbow under cupboard). Grateful for any thoughts

Have you inspected the pressure release vent ???

Tony, I cant see anything leaking from the pressure relief valve

Must be the auto air vent then.

But I dont remember where it is on your boiler. Might be inside the combustion chamber!

Are you saying this may be leaking water and if so are they replaceable ?

Aha,

there was a leak in pipe buried in Cement floor. Once leak fixed, pressure now constant. Just need to fill in the trench
