single mum confused by boiler with a mind of its own :(

I am sorry, they used to be red but yours is a quite new boiler and its the white button to the left of the central red light!

But follow the sequence as I explained before.

Unless you have removed the plug in the test point tube on the top of boiler then it will not be a faulty APS.

Could be the PCB though!

unless i have done whhaattt.....

i havent touched it i swear.... but thats what the fault lights say.....

no luck yet. still no HW or CH

On top of the boiler there is some small plastic pipes with little plastic plugs or caps on them have they been knocked out /come out ect ??

Are the caps/ plugs pushed in ??
