Is it permissible to bury gas pipes in the wall?
My boiler is mounter upstairs, and when installed by BG they ran a 22mm copper pipe from the meter, to and up the outside wall, before returning into the boiler upstairs.
The pipe is at the front of the house and looks a mess!
As I am having the kitchen re-plastered, would this be an opportunity to re-route the pipe from the meter and bury it beneath the plaster so it can't be seen?

From the way you describe it, I would say no.

I agree with Gordon on the point of your installer will know.

I can see why you want to do what you want to do... But my gut feel suggest this is not a good idea. Due entirely to the fact, after this is done, no one will know the pipe is present.

You might need to seek advice. *IF* I were to do this I would encase it with a metal plate sitting infront of the pipe.
