Hi all,
Hoping someone can assist.

Excuse me if my terminogy is not accurate.

I have a small leak where the horizontal chrome pipe enters the wall (see attached).
How do I go about fixing this?

My feeling is that the horizontal pipe is too short, as I have had connection issues on the other end too (where it connects to the drop).

My concern is I don't know how that horizontal chrome pipe feeds into the waste pipe behind the tiles. If I pull on/out that horizontal chrome pipe could I lose/drop a connection to the waste pipe behind the wall.
Any advise appreciated.

Usually this chrome trap and waste are a 35mm euro size, they can only really be fitted into a compression fitting within the wall. You should be able to pull that chrome pipe cover off the wall and hopefully get to see what's behind it. Worst case is a square section of the tile will need cut out.
