Ive had problems with plaster not sticking to latex /waterproof paint in the past it sets but then comes off in big sheets even with a good unibond this has happened with bonding and skim coat so i always ruff it up now which takes time but works but apparently if you apply pva neat to a non pourous surface and then skim it it will stick would this work on latex paint?
