Hello
I have purchased Porcelain tiles and don’t know how to prime them?
Is the Slurry mix a powdered adhesive? Or is it a liquid you add to cement?

Need to pick some up later or tomorrow so if anyone knows if wicks or similar sell .... thanks

Usually a mIx of SBR and cement, but worth checking if this is suitable for porcelain

Yeah I saw SBR, mix 1 part sbr 1 part water and cement. I didn’t know whether or not there was a pre mixed powder.

There are proprietary slurry primers for paving, but I doubt they are available outside of specialist retailers/merchants.

Most DIYers use the SBR mix

I’d rather not use something that’s going to be rubbish made for DIYers
This ain’t my job obviously but I am a tradesman so rather it be a better job. What would you use?
