Socket for Kitchen TV

We have renewed our kitchen and have an unused 13 amp socket at the top surface of the kitchen units. It was originally for the cooker hood.

Would it be within the regulations to use this as a double 13 amp switched supply for a work top level TV with the cable running down behind the wall units, and/or supply for low wattage under cupboard lighting?
