Soil pipe adaptor

I've had some internal work done which involved removing a toilet. The builder left me with this plug in the soil pipe. I now want to put a sink unit here and connect the wastepipe where the plug is. What's the best way to do this?

you should be able to buy a male reducer which will fit straight in

take your pic along to plumb centre or some such
