soil pipe reduction

thank you for all the help the pipe is a pipe that goes from the top of the roof to the floor in the ground level. it is boxed in but is 4" in diameter the standard size for the soil pipe and will be trying to reduce the pipe with the suggestions given. thank you again for your help. :D
 
You can't reduce the wet part of the pipe and only reduce the dry part to 80mm.

But can you use a multiquik extension so that the pipe can squash thru` a gap and bend a bit then return to 110 mm. ;) Please tell me I can, here @ home- on the dry vent part, of course.

A bit of heat from the blowlamp and it squashes, on the dry vent part of course. ;)
