I am thinking about purchasing a solid-fuel Rayburn or similar to replace my expensive to run Vaillant LPG.Trouble is I have nowhere upstairs to put a cold or hot water tank, the nearest I can get is in the roof of a utility room 5 feet below the bath/washbasin taps - will the gravity fed hot supply get up there?Central heating will be pump fed.
