Some hot water

Hi guys!
Got up yesterday morning and all but one of our hot water taps does nothing. no water, no gurgling, no nothing.
Kitchen tap works perfectly.
I was going with a frozen pipe, but theres no change today.
My mother has been searching around and is convinced since we have a combi boiler its a diverter problem, but i don't think that can be right? with one tap working? wouldn't they all just be cold?
Is it odd for a hot water pipe to freeze before a cold one? because all of the cold water taps work fine.
Any other suggestions? How difficult would it be to trace the cause?

Your mother doesn't have a clue.

Yea your mother is very wrong. I've had a few customers with water at some taps and not others, it is possible that is't frozen. Or it could be the tap itself.
