Hi, we have wooden framed windows in bedroom which let in quite a bit of traffic noise (and most likely drafts come winter). What is the best way, with a limited budget, of tackling the problem? Any suggestions appreciated!

They're I guess what's called sash type windows. Any possibility of some insulation product to take up any slack betweeen the windows and the guide? Is there such a product?
