Speaker cables next to T&E cable in wall

Can someone please remind me, is there a rule on separation dustance of mains and speaker cables in wall?

Not an electrician but separation between low voltage, (230-1,000Vac), and extra low voltage ( <= 50Vac) is 100mm or 4" to us oldies.
Having said that I've seen loads of speaker cables taped to mains cables in an effort to make them look tidy.

I would not want to put speaker cables on top of mains cable incase someone puts a drill though both and makes speaker terminals live. But I do want to put both in designated safe areas so onow where not to drill. So just under 4" seperation works perfectly for me.
