You have claimed that the regulations do not satisfactorily distinguish between standard LV house wiring and various types of ELV wiring, and that therefore 522.6.102 & 103 require RCDs for the latter types of wiring just as they do the former.
I've asked you if such RCDs exist, and you do not believe that they do.
I have asked you if, therefore, you really believe that the regulations require you to install something which does not exist. And rather than answer you dismiss the question as silly.
