Can anyone advise how I could run this speaker cable? (pics)

Oldcardriver, thanks for the tips. I've not done a lot of plastering but I think it's a lot easier to just fill a channel. Will run the small trunking idea past the boss though and see what she says.

Cheers

Hi,

I would run plaster coving up with cables fed behind, you will be able to drill wall behind and drop cable to back of speakers and fasten plaster mounting back boxes then hang cables on nails in behind while you stick coving up.

Plaster coving would be cheaper than any plastic coving i guess.

the walls i guess are plaster board ?

option to consider is the drops can be in trunking that can be painted?

Andy

Thanks Andy. That is what I've done. I've put in back boxes at high level for the 2 rear speakers and ran the cables around the top of the room. I've got some cornice to go over the top of them. At the last drop down to the computer I channelled out a small channel in the corner, ran the cables in and then plastered back up.

Thanks for all the help.

Cheers

John :)
