I have a Baxi Combi boiler and leave the hot water switched on all the time. However the water is never very hot and mostly barely luke warm. This applies to the shower, bath and sinks. Please does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks Dave. Is that the box with 3 pipes coming from it that switches between HW - HW & CH - CH? We had BG engineer come out a while ago when we had no CH and he said that it had got stuck then. I've unscrewed box and can only find a lever to manually switch between on and flush. I've also read about DHW flow switch - Is that a possibility, if so, where can I find this? (Last night I had a cold shower and then just an hour later my partner had a hot one.)
