Spraying emulsion over fresh plaster

Should I paint over these areas of fresh plaster before spraying?

I have just patched and replastered these damaged sections of walls:

I will be using a Wagner 250M airless paint sprayer with budget white emulsion.

Would the fresh plaster benefit from some direct paint first?

Yes, the rest of the walls appear to have been emulsioned with a roller previously
