Squealing/Whistling Sound

When I turn on my faucet in the kitchen, I get a squealing/whistling type sound that gets louder the longer the faucet is on. Doesn't matter if it is hot or cold water that is turned on. What could this be?

Could be valve or pipe loose,have a look at the the valve pin and make sure the washer is tight or could be deposit build up in the mixer faucet.Basically just need a service and lubricate etc.........

ps: don't forget to turn the water off !
