I looking at purchasing a traditional terraced house near Preston. Not made an offer yet. I have noticed the upstairs on the outside walls there as stains. Primarily around the windows and some stains to the ceilings. My thoughts are poor ventilation and blocked gutters. I would say add trickle vents to the windows and inspect gutters for blockage. What are other people's views and how can it be resolved?
