Hi can anyone help,
quite a strange question our banister going up the stairs has been glossed white also with the sides of each step and wanting to change this to wood had a look at stripping it all back but the wood is not that good. other than pulling it all off and doing new is there any other way to do this? I thought about glueing a thin piece of wood on the top and sides then putting a corner bead over to finnish it off what do you think? any advice would be really appreciated

thanks

Jamie

hand rails are a specific shape and size to fit comfortably in your hand
phone your wood yard describe the handrail cost you about 20 to £30 for a new one ;)
