Stench Pipe

I have recently converted my en suite into a walk in wardrobe. I have blanked off all the waste outlets and i am wondering if I can remove the external stench pipe and blank it off at ground level. There are no other wastes that go into it. The kitchen and bathroom waste go into another drain on the other side of the house, this drain has its own internal stench pipe.

Is the other pipe open to the atmosphere or does it terminate internally?

In that case you need to retain the one you've disconnected everything from. If you want to dismantle it, you'll need to extend the in-use one to terminate externally with an open vent first
