I removed a radiator in my kitchen by cutting the pipes & blanking them off then changing the smaller rad in the kitchen with the bigger removed one. After refilling the system & bleeding the following occurred
1.The replaced rad in kitchen & also the L/Room rad remained cold
2.bedroom 2 & hall were warm
3.bedroom 1 was hot

See the photo's of pipework showing flow/return pipes with pipes labelled to the other radiators

Best case scenario. Is air
Put heating on and Turn off all rads except one of those that is playing up let it get hot then turn it off and move on to next one etc as after they have all got hot individually turn on 2 then 3 etc till they are all hot.

Worst case
Sh#te has got into the manifold on draining and they will need cleaning out and pipework flushed through

Turn then all off except one, when that gets hot swap it for another, untill you get all the air out.

Too slow again scruff
