Hi,

I want to replace my mains water pipe from the stopcock by the pavement to my house using MDPE pipe, does anyone know if i can lay the pipe through my font garden into my garage which is attached to the side of my house and have the stopcock in the garage itself.

Yes, is is absolutely fine for you to do this. Just make sure you lay the new pipe to the correct depth and specs.
