The two parties of a lease agreement which is 999 years long are the lessor who is a woman who is the freeholder of the property and the lessees who are this woman herself and a man.

There is something very strange in this lease agreement because there is only the signature of the woman and of a witness but not this of the man. Hence I would like to know if this lease agreement is legal and how the man can really be a lessee if he has not signed the lease agreement.

LOL ^^

Hopefully this will stop the thread here ..... contracts do not have to be signed to be valid.

What evidence have you that a lease agreement which is a deed not need to be signed

My evidence is that you didn't say it was a deed.

My other evidence is that it still does not matter.

It is well known that lease agreements are deed and that all deeds should be signed so it should matter. Moreover it would be good if your reply to my query

i have responded several times to the often cryptic questions
the answers where based on information given
you seem to make far to many assumptions based on nothing more than whats in your head indeed your thoughts rather than what is actually the case
you seem to ask the same question in a different way if you dont get the answer you want
what you need is an expensive fully conversant specialist lawyer to bring you down to earth as you dont seem to respect the efforts and time we have spent trying to help you
yes the exchanges on both sides have been mainly civilized and helpful but you are taking more than enough "time" for the returns gained
in other words your gains for our effort are minimal
i wish you luck with your endevors but i like most will spend time helping where the effort involved will help someone far more:rolleyes::rolleyes:
