Operation not involving the agitator and motor seems OK but when the motor kicks-in the drum is agitator over-moved and the drum jumps suddenly (as if the torque that is received from the motor is too sudden and is not regulated) also at the fist moment the belt seems to slip and squeeze and afterwards much speeds with the motor.(the belt seems to me intact and tensed properly)
when it comes to the spin section the sudden shock is so violent that the drum jumps out of its dumping springs. (I stoped the machine immediatly and wait your advice)

is this a front loader or a top loader?
if it is a front loader then i'd suggest a fault with the tacho circuit on the wash motor. search for this on recent posts.
if it's a top loader then i haven't a clue. sorry!
